- Heat a pan and oil in it over medium flame.when oil heat add mustard seeds,curry leaves,& vertically sliced green chilli.add 1/2 cup water in the pan allow boiled.on 2/3 bowl lower the flame and squeeze 1/2 lemon.add sugar and coriander leaves.if you prefer high spices levels.you can also add some chopped green chilli.
