- 3 boiled potatoes

- 1 tsp turmeric powder

- 4 tbsp chopped Green coriander
- 1 green chili chopped
- 2 Cheese slices
- 3 tbsp butter
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- Veggies
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 tomato sliced
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 green chili chopped
- 1 lemon
- Green chutney
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1,2 green chilli
- 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
- As per taste salt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions to make to make Aloo Tikki burger
- Mix all the spices with daal and gently mashed with hands than mix this with boiled potatoes..



- Take small ball and shape it into tikki.. Fry it in heated oil keep changing sides in between..



- Take it out once fried from both sides..

- Take 1/2 cup moyanaise add 2tbsp tamarind chutney,1tsp Red chili powder and mix well..
Sauce is ready..
- Take 1 onion sliced, tomato sliced, 2tbsp coriander leaves chopped,1 green chili chopped.. squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
Set it aside..
- Apply butter on bun and toast it on skillet....


- Apply prepared sauce on bottom bun than add veggies on it.. than put prepared tikki over it..



- Put cheese over tikki.apply green chutney on upper bun.. than toast for few seconds on skillet so cheese melt..(put all the ingredients of green chutney in blender and blend it)
