- 200 grams paneer
- 3 tsp curd
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp haldi/turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp besan/gram flour
- 1 tsp coriander Powder/dhaniya powder
- For gravy
- 2 medium sized onion
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 inch ginger
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 3-4 cloves
- 4-5 cashew nuts
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 1/2 cup mint/pudeena leaves
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp jeera
- 4 tsp oil
- Few Coriander leaves
- As per taste Salt
Steps to make to make Paneer tikka gravy
- For marination add curd and all the masala powder that is mentioned above and add paneer, mix well and keep it for 2-3 hours or overnight.


- Once it's marinated well, take a pan and shallow fry the paneer.


- In a mixer add ginger, garlic, onion and make paste.


- Add tomatoes and cashew in mixer and make paste.


- In a woak add oil and jeera, cloves, cinnamon.

- Add onion paste and still until the raw smell goes.

- Now add tomato paste.

- Once the gravy is cooked well add the dry masala mentioned.

- Add in chopped mint leaves.

- Add lil water and paneer cook it for 5 mintues and turn off the heat add chopped coriander.

- Your hot and mouth watering paneer tikka gravy is ready to eat!!
