  1. Soak the Chickpeas in water overnight or at least for 5 hrs. Now put them in a mixer jar along with 10- 12 Walnuts and 1 onion roughly chopped.
  2. Handful of Mint leaves.
  3. Put ginger garlic paste along with the dry spices, but not the whole quantity.1 tspn Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tspn Dhaniya Powder, 1 tspn Jeera Powder, ½ tspn Rock salt, salt to taste and 2 green chillies.
