  3. Heat oil in a wok and deep.fry the vadas till golden brown and add them immediately to water
  4. After 1 hour squeeze out all yhe excess water from vadas
  5. Lets arrange the vadas
  6. Take a plate or a bowl place in the vadas, add curd, tamarind chutney and some green chutney
  7. Sprinkle over, salt, black salt, red chilli powder and, cumin powder
