- 1 tsp Kitchen king Masala
Instructions to make to make Shaam Savera
- Take a bowl and mix spinach,gram flour,mint chutney,mango powder,kitchen king masala,salt and mix it well. Make flatten balls of it. Now fill grated paneer in it and make balls of it.

- Now deep fry all the balls till it turns in to golden brown and crispy. Now heat oil in a pan. Add onion puree to it. And saute till it becomes golden brown in colour. Now add tomato puree to it.

- Add capsicum,red chilli powder,salt,cumin coriander powder,cashewnuts and water melon seeds paste,kitchen king garam masala to it. Mix it well and close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Now off the gas.
- Add fresh cream,butter and kasuri to it. Take a bowl pour gravy in it Then after cut spinach balls from the middle and put it on gravy.
