    In pan add oil, add red chilli + mustard seeds and allow to crackle, then add curry leaves + 1/2 tsp Urad Dal and sauté for few seconds, then add tomato paste and mix well.

  4. Whisk thick curd by adding salt and whisk nicely, it will turn creamy texture. Adding of roasted cumin powder is optional.
  5. In a blender jar, add coriander + mint + green chilli + garlic + tamarind + salt + little water, blend all into a smooth paste.
