- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 100 gm hung curd
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup cashew
- 1 sliced onion

- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp chat masala powder

- Wash the chicken and keep aside
- Take a bowl and add chicken to it. Now add other spices like ginger garlic paste,hung curd, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, chat masala and mix well
- Cover and sit for 30 mins
- Now prepare gravy. For gravy take a pan and add butter to it.. Now add whole spices to butter and stir for 2 mins
- After that add sliced onion and saute for 5 mins. When onion translucent add cashew and saute for 2 mins. Off the flame and allow it to cool.
- When it's cool down grind them into a fine paste.and keep aside
- Now take a pan and add butter to it..now take marinated chicken and add it to pan and cook until it becomes tender. When chicken well cooked switch off the flame and keep aside
- Now take a kadhai and add butter to it..add jeera into pan and stir for 1 mins.now add gravy paste into it and cook until oil separate from the paste. Adjust salt according to your taste
- Now add cooked chicken into this gravy and cook for 5 mins. Now add cream and stir.
- After that add garam masala powder to it.and take out in a bowl or plate..now add butter and red chilli flakes and black pepper powder and serve hot.
