- 400 gm Mutton Mince
- 11/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 2-3 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 11/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 Onions finely chopped
- 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped
- 1 small bunch Mint Leaves chopped
- 1 tsp Dry Mango powder or Amchur
- FOR THE DIPPING-
- 2 Eggs whisked
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder

- Boil and mashed potatoes at first. Add Cubeb Pepper powder, Salt and freshly chopped Coriander Leaves to it. Mix well and keep aside. Meanwhile make the Mince filling. Heat Oil and saute the Onions first. After they are done and lightly browned, add the powdered spices and the Mince.
